Viña Muriel Reserva Blanco is 100% Viura. 30-year-old vines planted on chalky clay soils, poor in organic matter. In the winery, the selected, destemmed grapes are gently pressed and the must obtained is fermented for 20 days in fine-grained French oak barrels. The wine is then aged in barrels for 8 months and a minimum of 18 months in the bottle.
