This is an all out Wellington warm climate blend of a bush-vine high altitude Chenin blanc vineyard, a old bush-vine Chenin on the valley floor, a organically farmed Grenache blanc on the lower slopes of the Groenberg and some Viognier. Aromas of candied lemon, cooked apple and mango with a core of minerality. Soft and voluptuous, it has a lovely ripeness and a fleshy, creamy mouthfeel, which leads to a perfect tangy freshness giving some zip to its otherwise mellow feel.
