Lothian Vineyards Chardonnay could be mistaken for a white Burgundy, with its delicate nose of orange zest, green apple and white stone fruit with hints of toasted oak, smokiness and buttery richness. On the palate, it is elegant and complex showing flavours of lemon curd, limes, pineapple and a touch of nectarines and honey. Any richness on the palate is balanced by the crisp acidity that gives the wine a refreshing lift. The wine has a lovely creamy texture with a very clean, long finish.
