Esprit de Pavie enjoys the same meticulous precision to winemaking as its illustrious siblings to ensure a high level of quality and deliver a wine created for immediate drinking pleasure. Sourced from 100 % estate owned fruits, Esprit de Pavie comes from a great diversity of terroirs situated on the south-facing slopes of the Dordogne valley (from Castillon Côtes de Bordeaux and Saint-Emilion Grand Cru appellations), which can be characterised by three types of soil: sandy-gravely foothills, clay hillsides and clay limestone plateau.
